Really unprofessional. I really wanted to work with Queen as her designs are beautiful but she is way to busy to even have a meeting with us as new possible clients. We booked a meeting with her 2 weeks ago, and when the time for our meeting came around my fiancé had to drive 2 hours to meet with her, and instead of having a meeting with us, she told us to leave and asked us to message her on Whatsapp instead.

I purchased flowers and rented tablecloths from Queena for my wedding this year. Her pricing is more than reasonable as I found places like Michaels to be very expensive and Amazon to be of low quality. Queena was always friendly and willing to help with our needs. I showed her the flowers I wanted to purchase for our arch and she recommended that I use less flowers than I was going to purchase. I felt that she genuinely cared about her customers over making a profit. She carries a variety of supplies that you can rent as well and the process is very easy. I highly recommend her services especially if you plan on hosting an intimate wedding because her store is a one-stop shop!

Words cannot express how thankful we are for coming across Queenie. She made our day so magical! From the moment we met her, she always made us feel so confident. Her work is art! She is so talented and creative. My husband and I had saved Pins from Pinterest for our theme, and she made this come to reality!! Our ceremony in the church, and decoration at the hall was stunning! It was gorgeous! She also dropped in the evening to make sure we were happy with everything. She makes wedding planning a smooth ride. I also had my flowers done by her and they were absoltely gorgeous!!!! She is such a caring person! We hired Queena to do our backdrop, receiving table and cake table. I was impressed with how creative and clever she is. Our blank canvas reception venue turned out beautifully. She knows what works on the type of venue, ceiling height and all. Definitely recommending her to others!

Queen was an absolute joy to work with. She brought our vision of a tropical themed wedding to life! Her decor and set-up was one of the most talked about aspects of our wedding. It was one of the least stressful experiences of planning a wedding because she does such great , phenomenal work. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and Queena's talent, expertise and immense hard work in the months leading up to the day really paid off.

From start to finish, Queena was such a pleasure to work with. She was both prompt and professional throughout the process, and always went above and beyond to execute and exceed our vision. Despite her busy schedule, she always made time to reply to questions or meet up in person. Our wedding ceremony and reception venue were beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches and additions that complemented the overall theme.
